Three years waiting for some of these models

Esval has been showing the most of these models for the past three years. I'm still waiting for the orange Hispano Suiza J12 and the Mercer Raceabout. There are also more interesting news but I would like to know when they become available.

What is wrong with the 1955 Olds

Question: The Esval 1955 Olds has '88' side trim but rear wheels are a '98'. I would like a quality 1955 Olds '98' but this scale model is a mash up of a car never produced.
Also the '98' was 4-inches longer than an '88', so you don't just change the '88' trim and call it a '98'.
Esval made a massive mistake on their 1955 Oldsmobile's.

They must have looked at the '57 Edsels by Spark ...

and thought "Wow, those super-tall windscreens/windshields" look really good!"

Esval's '56 Chevy looks even more extreme. With today's laser scanning techniques and what-have-you, how can they get it so wrong? Must have taken a deliberate effort on their part. Bizarre.

That's what I thought too...takes as much time to get it wrong as correct.

Ha! To me, it looks like some models work even harder at getting it wrong!!
