Good memories of those old Hudsons, even though I never owned one. David H

Lol, it sure is, Karl. In this case, it's the Super Chief refueling at Albuquerque on it's long distance run of Chicago-LA. It's one of a large series of Jack Delano photos (many of railways) taken officially for the U.S. government. Here, it's actually a bit early for this Hudson Commodore, which has appeared magically from out of the future in March, 1943.
