Pics: 1965 Chevrolet Impala
Another example of Brooklin's attention to detail. This car looks particularly beautiful in Evening Orchid, a color available for 1965 only.

I love this car, this color, and this model. Your photos too!
Retired in Dunedin, Florida.
Pics: Thanks, Ed, these garage buildings provide a nice setting for pictures.
I somehow discovered by accident really that the cars seem to look more authentic when photographed inside these buildings. I built these structures about 30 years ago when my Brooklin collection totaled about 12 models. Long now in disuse I found them in our storage shed all covered in dust. I'm about to do a restoration of them and one of them, I'm not sure which one yet, will become the "museum" to house my Tucker collection which, when I acquire the Waltz Blue one, will total 6 of the current Tuckers.
Fun. In 1:43, one can be a collector of classic cars and an architect, builder, and property owner all in one. Isn't that crazy? But hey, it works!

Nice pix, David. Love the interior shots!
Pic: Thanks Randy. I now notice a missing trim piece on the left front fender.
Pictures taken with cell phones are so detailed we discover things we don't notice with the naked eye! I see that the photo etched script reading "Super Sport" is missing something I had not noticed until I enlarged the image. That's a tiny piece and I hate to trouble Amanda with a request for a replacement. That's the only trouble with Brooklin's increased excellent attention to the small details that enhance the models. On occasion a piece falls off. While a man on a fast horse won't notice it, I know it's not there and now it bugs me!
