PICS 1970 Ford Galaxie.

Dear friends, still not the definitive version but we are getting closer. We made lots of improvements, but still some few to do.photo no longer available

I really like this one too but it needs whitewalls.

Almost no one in the US purchased a new '70s vinyl roof sedan without ww's.

And if these are vinyl roofs, wouldn't a little seam show about six to eight inches above the windows on each side? Running from front to rear. Not to criticize but I don't remember many of these year Ford sedans in anything other than one color top and bottom. I mostly remember these Fords as company cars, or police cruisers, or Taxi cabs in the smaller towns. Vinyl roof was more of a sporty thing for two door hardtops.

PICS. Thanks for your opinion regarding the whitewalls.

The model will be fitted with whitewalls. But I will tell you a little secret: the model in the photos is fitted with whitewalls....but I placed them in the interior face of the tire! Why? Because the whitewall was too thick and should be much thinner...but don't tell to anybody this secret!photo no longer available
