I didn't collect MBox MOY as a kid, other than the tan/dark brown Morris Cowley. I have collected a fair number of them in the last year or so though and really like them.
Have had both for years and years and years, along with a whole lot of others, love them all, all still displayed proudly.
Thanks ! I still have my brown Morris Cowley as well as a Mercer and others. I also have another Rolls-Royce with black tires.
It is great to see the picture that Chris has that some of these still can be found in original or re-issue form on eBay.
Thanks for pictures.

Mom did a great job in getting you those MoY and also a set to keep in protective custody !
I never collected these MOYs but have always enjoyed them. I tried to show some discipline in not expanding my collecting areas. With 6,000 models that didn't seem to work out as planned.
Thanks ! I still have my brown Morris Cowley ...
Here is the one I played with, being 'towed' into the shop by a newer Yesteryear!
I still have all the original issues as well as most of the others. Currently not as popular as in the past.
For some reason, my images failed to post today. Will try again later.
@kenspear I was surprised to see that these models, even MB,M or NM condition, are often very reasonably priced on ebay.
@jack-dodds Yesteryear prices have really plummeted in the last several years. Code 3 (3rd party workshops) were very popular back in the day with so many liveries on their vans. I have boxes and boxes of them, but don't know what to do with them!
I always wanted my Morris Cowley to have headlights !
Also, I wonder if Alistair owned one ? Traveling in the dark with no front lights would not be a problem ....... and lack of an "r" would be relatively minor for him, too.
