Does anyone know what this is?

This came to me as gift along with a $30 1:24 model that I purchased on eBay. It looks much nicer than the generic Matchbox version. Is it of any value?

These code 3 MoY were were popular back in the heyday of Yesteryear Collecting.  Many many vans were redone and sold.  No real value now which is why it was a free gift, I assume.  Looks like standard paint with extra decals...   I saw a Matchbox expert / collector friend  at the 1/43rd show last weekend in Chicago - I can ask him if he knows anyone who would want it - $5-10 estimate.

Thanks Karl! I actually like it, so I'm planning to keep it, it is certainly an upgrade from the production model. Besides the better decals, the tonneau is painted, the wheels are painted and the headlights are silver. I have several other's YY.

Nice work on the plastic roof!  I also notice the whole radiator and lights are painted as well!
