Jack Griffith of Long Island, NY introduced his all steel Griffith 600 (or GT) and the 1966 New York Auto Show. The chassis was a collaborative effort with ex-BRM designer John Crosthwaite with the body conceived by Bob Cumberland. The car was powered by the nimble 273cid Plymouth V8. Due to financial problems, however, Griffith's company went bankrupt with only about a dozen cars completed. The project was taken over by another investor who built 30 more of these cars under the brand, Omega.

It looks somewhat like a widened 1971 Datsun 240Z, minus the roofline.
