Late in 1964 Ferrari tried making an insanely small 1.5-liter 12-cylinder, in 180-degree "boxer" configuration, and using it to power a Type 158 F1 racing car. Surtees preferred his 8-cylinder 158, leaving the 1512 to Bandini (the 12-cyl car was also called the 512). Technomodel has done 4 versions of this one, and I opted for the No. 14 car from the US GP, driven by Pedro Rodriguez to 5th place. This car was entered by Luigi Chinetti's North American Racing Team, and joins my other NART F1 and sports car models. Only 100 of these around.
