Here's a Johnny Lightning Magmas 1971 Ford Mustang Boss 351 that came to me recently.  I haven't opened it yet, but it looks larger than 1:43.  However, while this Magmas series is widely defined as 1:43, I can't find that on the packaging.  Does anyone have an answer?  (Okay, I know I can open it up and measure, figure, and so forth, but I'm hoping someone else has already done that.)

(Later)  Once again, I'm wrong.  I again read the packaging information, this time more carefully.   JL says this is 1:43, to wit.

I think I will go ahead and open it, just to see if it's as good as I hope it is. Stay tuned. . .

Well Google says the wheelbase of a 1971 Mustang is 109 inches so 2.53 in 43rd scale.  Let us know.

I did measure a few of them for my article in MAR Online!  1/43!

@karl   Many thanks, Karl.   Your good conclusion has convinced me.  I guess I just think small when remembering the older Mustangs I used to drive.  I'm going to open this one and find a place for it on my shelves. . . somewhere.

Out of the package, with others for comparison, here's the Johnny Lightning 1971 Ford Mustang Boss 351.

And alongside its new neighbors, too.

Great photos!   You have one I don't have now; I have the alternate color - the blue 'Stang Boss!
