I have had this model in my collection for many, many years in green. It is very special to me because when the US became a part of WW II, my dad owned this identical car in 1/1 scale. By the time dad came back from the Navy in 1945 the car was well worn out but never let him down.

Great My Take, John, of a beautiful special edition of the ‘37 Chevrolet.

And what a great story, Bob. This was one of my very first Brooklin Models. My wife gave it to me for my birthday back around 1984. I was thrilled and said to her, “You must really love me!”  In those days a Brooklin sold for $29.
