For 42 years this Solido Land Rover 109 has been on the Island. It has served as a beach toy when our sons were building sand castles. Once years ago it got caught in a wave and was washed ashore. Those Solido Land Rovers were virtually indistructible. It will probably outlast the LCD Range Rover which has never been used as a beach toy!

I have this one back in Virginia that has never been to the beach. Here it is shown with an actual 109. It’s in excellent condition.
