Just finished this 3D printed Himar model represents what has been in extensive use in the Ukraine.  Made by Lockheed Martin Missiles Systems in Arkansas after initial production by Oshkosh.   Caterpillar 5.6 liter diesel power providing a top speed of 53 MPH.  Because these missile launch vehicles are so mobile, they can elude the enemy after firing their missiles of which there are six.   The model is unusual for a 3D items as it has rolling wheels and a rotating and raising missile platform.  Easily built as it is fully snap together and fancy gloss paint and chrome unnecessary.   Export around the world is possible as they fit into a C130 aircraft.  Domestic cost $3.5 million (less missiles) but much less for export customers.  Seven hundred fifty built.

Must be a complex 3D model to make it a snap together kit!   Looks great!

Looks like a nice model. Two questions. First,  who makes this? Second, what scale is it?

I asked my printer to print it in 43rd scale but the program can be directed to print in any scale you want.  That is the benefit of 3D printing.   I am not sure who the designer of this item is as my printer MAY have picked a different one than I directed him to as he compared prices and the quality of the model photos provided.   There are many, many versions and designers for Himars and there are many minor variations of the designs.   Have a look at the website I use CGTrader and do a search for Himar to see all the offerings and their designers.  https://www.cgtrader.com/search?keywords=Himar

Nice to see this model John. I have seen a few clips of the actual vehicle in action in the Ukraine. Impressive!
