You made a comment about a train called the Burbank Flyer. Where did you find that name? Your picture shows the Burlington Zephyr.

Good review of an outstanding model. It is mostly perfect in everyway. For full accuracy, the antenna should be a little longer and the wheels painted body color or optional Dante red but I am really nitpicking. I have the green and black.
John, another great presentation. Loving the Roadmaster!

Agreed! And as John said, the hardest part will be deciding which color.... 🤔 🤨 🤔 😐
- What I didn't know was the origin of those famous Buick portholes - I had NO idea there was inspired by airplane side exhausts AND that some Buicks actually left the factory with functional portholes.
- What I did know, from looking through countless vintage photographs, is that knock-off sets of those portholes were sold through various aftermarket accessory suppliers like J.C. Whittney to guys who wanted that "statues look."
Another great video of a beautiful model.

I must like the 1/1 as I have a model of this car from three different model builders, Brooklin, MOC and now Stamp.
A fine video look at these sensational 1949 Buick Roadmaster replicas from Stamp. They look magnificent on the turntable and choosing an exterior color would be difficult. Real gems here !
Another gorgeous model from Stamp/GLM. Thanks JK.
@nickies The antenna being too short was my first reaction when I received the model but that is a minor discreptancy.
@nickies I'm learning so much about Buick's portholes! Here's a great example of how guys like to dress up lesser cars. Sadly, this wasn't a good day for photos. 😔
