So very glad that someone finally made a nice '61! These are particularly gorgeous! Very odd though that they chose the Fontana Rose Metallic AND the Topaz Metallic. Both are beautiful colors, but very hard to tell apart unless they are sitting side by side. What would you have chosen for the third color?

Dresden Blue Poly, white seats, and white top.

I saw a number of photos of '61 Cadillacs in what looks like this blue-gray, accentuated by white seats.  60s collectors may already have GLM or Goldvarg models in rosy or blue-green shades, so a color like this Dresden may add some variety to their display shelves.

I think the Topaz would have been ok if they didn't use the same interior color as the Fontana Rose (at least it appears that way on screen to me). I took the below photo's back in 2011 at the CLC Seattle picnic and the interior could have been better matched to create more differential amongst the two.

CLC 029
CLC 049
CLC 011

With that said, Shell Pearl would have been unique as an alternative.

Cheers!

Alfred

I have the Fontana Rose version and LOVE it but agree that the second similar color is an odd choice.  The pastel beige color (top one on chart second row) would be something nice and a bit different.
