WM P83B – PEUGEOT n.23
The WM P83B – Peugeot was a prototype that participated in the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1984. The French Secateva team with Roger Dorchy, Alain Couderc and Gerard Patte at the wheel of the WM P83B – Peugeot n.23 did not finish at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1984, due to transmission failure after one hundred twenty-two laps covered.
This resin model is by Tenariv of France. Kit No.56, one of my early resin builds that was somewhat of a nightmare getting the decals correctly placed.
The winner the race was Porsche 956B n.7 with Klaus Ludwig and Henry Pescarolo, in second place the Porsche 956 n.26 with Jean Rondeau and John Paul jr, while in third position the Porsche 956B n.33 with David Hobbs, Philippe Streiff and Sarel Van Der Merwe.

David - will you be getting back to your Le Mans year-by-year series? Would you like for me to pitch in?

Hi Harv,
I did not do the 1960 Le Mans series as I have so many holes other than the winning car. Models of that year appeared to be in relatively short supply.
Please feel free to continue from where I left off.
One discouragement was the short time Forum 43 posts remain prominent, given, especially with this Le Mans feature, given the time taken to create.
I enjoy posting but equally, enjoy reading others posts.
