I am a collector of Stirling Moss models and literature, starting out from an early encounter in the 1950s.

Several years ago I was luck enough to purchase this diorama of a young Stirling Moss with his Cooper VIIa powered by a Norton Manx 500. I think this was from Aintree near Liverpool, circa 1950.

I don't know who made this or what model was used. If anyone has more details, I would appreciate hearing.

Hi David

I recall from Model Auto Review some years ago that a white metal Cooper 500 was made which used the old Tekno model as a master. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of this company. Model could also be an old Tekno refurbished.

Suspension and exhaust do remind me of the Tekno!  A very cool piece!
