One can only imagine what it looked like as an, 'Ugly Duckling'.

One can only wonder what it would be like driving the 1;1 scale.

@bob-jackman Well...it's an "interesting" design for sure and the swan head might be good for deflecting unfortunate wildlife stuck on the roadway; preventing them from coming through the windscreen.  I'm struggling to find positives here.....lol.

Just a reminder to not confuse this Swan car with the well known Swine car.

@jack-dodds

That will not be a problem.  It could have been worse. Imagine if roof and ears were green.

Well, since you guessed it - our Gofundme  account reached its goal 2 weeks ago.    John K.'s easter present has been painted but we're still waiting for a few pieces of matching interior trim.

I hope he likes it!  We're bringing it to Chicago!

@chris A raving masterpiece!

The matching headlights and accented fuel filler cap are illuminating!

A good turntable view at this very interesting vehicle, John ! It looks really well done and would certainly be a conversation starter in one's collection. I wonder if it would be a magnet for bird strikes like my 1:1 automobile seemed to be just after I got it washed, lol ! Roll Wink

John,

The 1:1 Swan car has an amazing history and the eMc  1/43rd has an produced an amazingly well detailed replication. Are you planning to post any of that history?  Also one cannot appreciate the exquisite detail of the Swan car unless some close up pics are posted - hint Smile       Thanks for posting about this unique vehicle.

A brief bit of the story.
