This post features a model that was issued in 2014. A most unusual and unique model with an equally unique color.
1954 DeSoto Weller Special Ambulance Service Wagon, CSV 21 - and is from the Community Service Vehicle Collection

This Brooklin ambulance is the oddest color....but it presents very well. I assume this color combo selection was based on a 1:1 version somewhere in the world.

In any color scheme, it is a certainly an impressive replica and ambulance. If I was hurt or very sick, I would take a ride to the hospital emergency room in any color, I think, and I would be unlikely to say, "Hey, wait a minute, bring a different color DeSoto ambulance to take me to the hospital !"

I picked one up at auction a few months ago. I'm sure "Air Conditioning" was a big selling point! 😀

Lol, a b&w image makes a person guess it is a two-tone grey ambulance. And the "Air-Conditioning" would make sure one was very comfortable if one passed away on the way to the hospital !
