The Box Part Three
I have spoken with Nigel Parker who has seen the comments on the Forum and feels that a lot of good points have been made. They are going to look in to the problems and criticisms raised and how they can address them, and where possible, come up with a solution. I think we should start thinking of awarding Brownie points to Brooklin, as at least they are taking on board the concerns of the collector, and hopefully, this will be translated into a solution.
Box Redux
Mike: Thanks a lot for taking this up with Nigel and for your feedback. Next time you speak with him tell him how much the pics and witty comments about staff are missed on the current brooklin blog. I enjoy seeing the people who make what I buy.
+1. Alan said it quite well and I too appreciate your efforts Mike.

Thanks Mike...........
hoping that the management team will come back to more reasonable rates
+1 more.
Quality communication usually ends positively....thanks a lot Mike.
+ again another! I also miss the weekly blog with comments on the employees.
It's good old-fashioned business wisdom to listen to customers.
Thank You Mike for your efforts
I hope Nigel will find a solution to the box issue. It just seems so obvious to me to box as per BC Collection (better protection) for the collectors and bespoke boxes for the bespoke customers. Hey Ho what do I know.
You might be surprised John.
What a great color choice for the Hudson!
