Bruce McLaren's M8A from 1968 and his M8B high wing from 1969. The last photo joins them with the M8D & F from 1970 and 1971.

Great set!  Makes a great math problem too - I heard they come up with those 'un-even' limited edition numbers by how many they can fit in one shipping box. The 4 baseplates are the same size so we can assume the outer boxes are the same size too.

2016 - 25  32  7

2544 - 24  3  53

4444 - 22 11 101 

5555 - 5 11 101

That blows my theory unless they can put 48 in one size box and 101 in another?  Sorry, just a little Sunday afternoon diversion! 🤨
