@jack-dodds, it comes from a well-seasoned source. Sometimes, not always, I manage to get a leg up on the situation and keep a breast of what's going on. 

@jkuvakas  Well JK, your volume of advice certainly stuffs any void I may have. Without it, informationally I wouldn't even get to first baste; It would be offal; I would have to wing it.   Any way you slice it JK, you always get to the meat of the platter.
