We give up, what does Mike drive?
While on the same subject what does Nigel drive, Pete Kenna, Ian Pickering, Steve Overy, anyone else in the hobby?
Great question---what do YOU drive? I'm interested in knowing what frequent contributors to this forum drive on a daily basis.
Me? A 2007 Mercedes-Benz C230 Sport Sedan, black with gray interior.
How about you?
Rick
I have a 99 Nissan Altima SE and a 91 Miata. The Altima has been a pleasant surprise, it has 150,000 miles on it and is still tight and in great shape. The Miata is just plain sweet. It will rev all day long and it sings to me when we're out on the twisties!
2000 Nissan Maxima SE
I plan to keep my Nissan (so far it has only with 42,000 KM) a loooonnnngggg time so I can spend my car money on the little guys. Most interesting car I owned was a '65 Mustang convertible - biodegradeable. First car was a '62 Valiant V-200 2dr hardtop - a sweet little car that took me through university days. My wife has a new Honda CRV and that gets us around town nicely.
I drive a Granite Gray 2006 M-B C280 Sedan.
My wife has a 2004 M-B C240 Wagon.
the true collector
I not only collect vintage US 1:43 but drive one as well, a 1963 lincoln continental.
Mike Drives a metallic grey Alfa-Romeo 166 and Nigel has a Volvo S80 saloon. He also drives the company Ford Ranger pick-up.
My daily driver is a Ford Focus Estate and it's a very rare spec. An ex-Ford company car it has every toy that was listed apart from headlight washers, this on top of the Ghia spec which it started with. It's now done 81,000 miles and I intend to keep it. The old ones are 1956 and 1957 Hillman Minxes. The push-bike is a Muddy Fox...actually that should be 'Dusty Fox' as I haven't ridden it for ages.
I drive...........
A 1996 Audi convertible, 2004 Citroen Xsara Picasso (wifes really) was my company car. The oldies are 1966 Ford Corsair Crayford convertible, 1968 Ford Corsair estate and a 1971 Plymouth Barracuda (nearly finished). If any one wants to see pics, can i send them to you Dick?
Dirk and I, are now related...
... two weeks ago my wife's 99 Grand Marquis (with only 60,000 miles) was replaced by a spanking new black Magnum. I shyed away from the mighty SRT-8, so our Mr. Magz packs the modest but venerable Hemi.
My older car is still the 1995 Impala SS (I had for years) in Dark Cherry Metallic with original 39,000 on the clock, and sinking her gas pedal into the carpet never fails to bring a broad smile on my face, although Maggie now offers some serious competition.
Always glad to post pictures, Mo.
Alex,I presume the Impala might look something like this---

Subaru Forrester 2002
Indeed. And it's very infectious - once you drive one, you can never let her go.
I believe this is my only American 1990`s model.I think we both have good taste!!!
