Hi everyone, I have just received a number of 1/43 scale models, through the post, wrapped only in a single square of kitchen paper, each. The effects, being rather disappointing ! Could anyone recommend a seller of classic, white 1/43 boxes - approximately 7" X 2, 1/2" X 2 1/2" - 17.5cm X 6.5cm X 6.5cm ?
Preferably in Europe, but any suggestions would be much appreciated. Many thanks.
(I have gone on-line and can only find gift boxes).
@kenspear Hi Ken, many thanks for this. I shall go on-line and check-out the product. Being card, rather than white metal, postage shouldn't be too bad and duties on cardboard boxes can't be too bad either. This great!
@jkuvakas Thanks John, I've tried Amazon as they must do them; but all I come-up with are boxes with bows and ribbons at $$$$$ a piece! I shall look again but also try Ken's lead. All other considerations aside, these models are much easier to stack away if the boxes are of a similar dimension.

Hi Charles
Cannot help with the boxes but this looks like a Dugu Museum Series #6 Legnano Mod. A 6/8 Hp Coperta 1908.
A not easy to find model.

@chris-sweetman Indeed, and bidding was hotly contested so I am in fact more than "disappointed" - but this, as they say - is a family show ! I plan on using Evo-stik white glue, (original). But for added support I'm thinking of using a little trick I did on an Aurora 1939 Binder Bugatti Royal which arrived knowingly smashed-up. I white glued the wing and then lay a thin circle of georgette (!) underneath and drizzled an equally thin layer of Araldite over that, to form a harder 'web' of resin without fragile fissures. The results - as far as the Araldite are concerned - cannot be seen when painted and whilst it is not original, nor is the smashed-up wing - or in this case, canopy.
