Figured out how to get these silhouette images from pictures. I lightly touch the photo before I swipe the picture Then I take the picture when the image is on the white back drop. What I don’t understand is how just the image of the car is lifted from the picture

I'm not sure I understand your process, David. "Lightly touch the photo", "swipe the picture" "take the picture". Please explain for a non compute geek.

John, I am hardly a computer geek! But let me try as best As I can how I get it to work. I discovered it totally by chance.
1. I choose the picture I want the silhouette from which Zi want the car lifted
2. I hold my finger gently on the picture for just a moment until I sense slight movement of the image
3. I then slide the image upward with my finger. Be sure there is enough white space in which to place the picture.
4. And this is the tricky part that takes a thumb and two fingers. Then take the the picture pressing the two buttons, one on each side as if I were to turn my phone off but not long enough to turn it off. You’ll hear a click and there will be the silhouette on that white background.
(By now you are probably totally frustrated, but somehow this last step seems intuitive. At least for me it did. If I can do it, anybody can. Good luck John!)
5. Save it to pictures.

OK, you are doing all this on a fancy smart phone. I do not even have one, only a Windows 10 laptop.

Yeah, that was throwing me too - my laptop has no touch screen.
@john-quilter @mg-harv On the PC or laptop, go to

or
And follow the directions. I've used both and they seem about the same. Sometimes one works and the other doesn't...
Karl, Thanks, I tried the second one, it works. Have bookmarked this for the future
