Y-8-B was a 1914 Sunbeam Motorcycle. This was issued in 1962. 1/34 scale, discontinued in 1968.

This one is far too large for this 1/64 Forum but is here because it is an integral part of Lesney/Matchbox Models of Yesteryear. It is unusual also, in that it is Chrome Plated. All other chrome plated models went into the Giftware Collection.

Thanks.  That is the one I had.

I have this one mint &boxed.  Strange color application...but I love it nonetheless.

I am coming to the end of this early series of Models of Yesteryear.

A few more should do it, plus the special of six YY60 Connoisseurs Collection of 1984. i
