Here is my next Ertl model, the 1957 Chrysler 300C. This has a similar level of detail to the 1961 Chevrolet Impala from my previous post with two exceptions. There are no side mirrors, but the chrome window trim is composed of multiple plated parts. Ertl typically produced their cars in multiple colors. The pictures show the red and metallic green ones. I also have the black one, somewhere at the bottom of my 1/64 scale model car box. Again, each has an opening hood and trunk and chassis detail. Also, in the blister package with each car is an information card, and both sides are shown in following photos. Enjoy the photos.

These both look great, Ed ! Two really nice Ertl Chrysler 300's in excellent colors. My two Ertl Chrysler 300's are in green and black in 1/18 scale. All scales of this beauty would be fantastic to have.
Those models are absolutely amazing in that scale. Thanks for sharing pics of them.
Another very nice one Ed. I have most of this series in storage in original blister packaging. You make me want to go find them. A nice series.
I think I have 12 different cars in this series, some in multiple colors. Last night I counted the information cards like the Chrysler one in the pictures. Unlike you and many other collectors, I usually removed the models from the blister packs for use on my train layout or to display on shelves. I will show more of these, but might show some other things to add some variety to the content of my posts.

Great 1/64 Chrysler models and, like most of you, I bought these in bulk when released years ago, but have never removed any from their packaging. Subsequently, I've never noticed those incorrect taillight chrome bezels. I wonder why Ertl did that? 🙄 🤔 🤨Â
