These are some quick phone-camera shots of the 1/64 scale 1964 Plymouth Sport Fury I came across in my replicas. I believe this was done by Greenlight and it shows Plymouth finally getting back to regular full-size after an ill-advised downsizing. 1964 Plymouths were good-looking cars and I believe this diecast has a Max Wedge engine under the hood, but I am not sure.
Incredible for the scale! And usual INCREDIBLE pics!
I have this one in black.....it's very well done for its scale and it's price!
...yes, this is actually a Greenlight from many years ago; I have a few of them. Not bad for "way back when," right? 😎 😎 One of the better 1/64 changes seen today is that most manufactures have abandoned the "too wide tire" look in favor of a more "thinner," more realistic look.
As we all know - these ain't toys anymore! 😏 😏
Nice looking model. I am surprised that I missed it.

Back then, especially and understandably, they probably felt they needed to use wide tires to also appeal to the "Hot Wheels" enthusiasts and at that time, the regular model automobile collector wasn't really what it is today and has turned into.
@michaeldetorrice Mike I have had this model for a long time and it is exceptional.
They did do a good job on this 1/64 Plymouth replica, Bob, and I am glad I still have my example ! It would make a fine diecast, resin, or white metal model in any scale, I feel.
From where I'm setting, the engine appears to be the 426 Max Wedge engine with ram induction and two 4 barrel carburetors.

I think you are right ! It seems possibly have the two 4-bbl carbs and the 426 cid wedge engine. Do you think it is the cross-ram set-up on that V-8 motor ? It most definitely appears to be a bit more than just a "grocery getter", lol !
Great color combination on this gorgeous Plymouth. Nice one !
