This is a 1/64 Mattel Hot Wheels 1956 Mercury in a mild custom form. They have done a nice job on this one and it shows off the already great lines of this automobile.

Thanks ! It is a great-looking 1-64 custom '56 Mercury. I also have several of the excellent stock 1956 Mercury cars from SunStar in 1-18 scale.

This Merc was part of a 36 car Hot Wheels release in 2006 called "Ultra Hots."  I'm not a HW collector but I remember seeing/buying the only two cars in the series that had any appeal for me. This Merc & a 1957 Buick station wagon.
These were LONG before 1/64 NEO, Autoworld, etc... 2006 is almost 20 years ago now! Yikes!! 😬 😬 😬
