I vaguely remember living in Pennsylvania as a kid. But I recall the variously different names of the GM model lines of Canadian-built cars that are seen up there.

Right up until my late teens I thought all North American Pontiacs were built with dimensions and drive trains I experienced in Canada (along with tail end treatments 1954 and earlier).
