Hmmmm...nice car, I want one. Okay with the conversion to Canadian funds that's about....whoa!
...compared to other "super cars" with similar performance, this really is a bargain.
Oh my. To think, I bought my first new Corvette in 1971 - it was a 1972 Stingray convertible. It was 11 weeks on order and I bought it for just over $6,000. They've apparently gone up a bit.
My question, how much will the dealers be asking over M.S.R.P. sticker?
Some are speculating as much as $100K! I'd sooner take the bus.

Good question John. I'd say a little less than $68,000 so that it doesn't send a potential buyer to Porsche (the difference in the two's sticker). Big difference than when I bought a new Z06 in their 50th Anniversary year, 2003. I paid about $5000 over sticker for the harder to find car I wanted but most dealers wanted more than that!My question, how much will the dealers be asking over M.S.R.P. sticker?

Good point Tony with regard to the Porsche price difference. But I see the Porsche buyer as a totally different breed than the Corvette buyer...not sure that logic would apply.Good question John. That's true John; mostly always has been too - a Porsche buyer and Vette buyer rarely swap places. But, OMG; can you see yourself paying in excess of $50,000 EXTRA for any car, much less $68k or $100k? Yikes!
Would never happen to me. Back in 2005 I was hot for a new Mustang GT. Dealers were getting $5K over sticker...I passed. That's true John; mostly always has been too - a Porsche buyer and Vette buyer rarely swap places.
