What a nostalgic trip down Memory Lane! OMG, am I really that old? I was 14 and recall the vast majority of those shows. Didn't watch them all faithfully but know them.

@perrone1 I was just 9 but remember most of those shows. Having watched this clip two main questions arise....firstly had Uncle Martin actually visited Earth back in 1961, before crashing his spacecraft and meeting Bill Bixby? Secondly... of all the stage names to choose from or create, what idiotic actor would select "Rhodes Reason"?

Thanks JB. That was a most interesting watch. I enjoyed every bit of it and I do remember a few of those shows.

that was so enjoyable, thanks John. Most of those shows made it here to Australia. But we were also lucky to have the best of British as well, great crime dramas and comedys. It was amazing to see items again that I had not seen in 61, 62 years.

.............and yes Jack,Rhodes Reason sounds more like Jock Ewing`s brother from a few decades later

If one needed proof that our world was more innocent, watching this 1961 TV Show line-up is all the proof needed. It was a gentler, kinder time. A world that if a Time Machine were built, I'd pay for a one-way trip back.
