A '49 Olds I could live with...

Dislike fastbacks on full-size cars. 

Dislike oversized rims with tires with no sidewalls to speak of. 

Hate tires tucked up into the fender wells.

But I am old and pickey. 

I assume this one has a mechanical method to gain ground clearance when it is driven over something other than a perfectly flat parking lot.  Honestly, I prefer the '49 Olds in its original condition.

I'm not really a custom car guy, but this one is well done.

I would assume it employs air bags (which seem to be the rage these days)…

In my eyes, someone ruined a beautiful automobile.

For my taste, it's an Oldsmobile and it's ruined.  I'm shedding a tear.  

I could live with this one, as well, though I'd give it a bit more road clearance and a bit less wheel size. I very much appreciate the 'less is more' approach to customizing this one. In spite of the tears, wailings and gnashing of teeth, I'll vote with you on this one. Thanks for sharing it.
