These pics are really enjoyable...thanks Bob!
Fantastic selection. Thank you Bob Jackson.
Bob, I really like your good old b&w pictures. They take me way back! I watched on unload '55 (I think) Fords before they were introduced. The cars were draped under canvas so they couldn't be seen. But car crazy teenage boys found a way!
And here's a book I have that is all about what I think just might have been your favorite toys when you were a kd:
It's a few years old but I'll bet Amazon has it! Enjoy! David
Love those pics. I'm having no luckin trying to post a video tonight. If you'd like to see a beaut of a car hauler, google 'dunkle bros car hauler trailer'. I saw the 1:1 on display when they were in Norwalk off the 5fwy.
I took lots a pics but my phone /camera took a dump. D.B.is now in La Mirada as the 5fwy is being widened. I hope you'll like the video. Maybe Mr. K will be able to post it.
Thanks Gents !
Interesting how car haulers have grown over the years. Recently I pulled next to one that I think had 9 Teslas on it. That's a lot of responsibility for a trucker.
Wow, a fantastic collection of great car hauler images !Thanks, Bob and JK.
