Both gorgeous cars with a subtle difference from 1934 to 1935. With HEY IN YOUR FACE! views.

1934 LaSalle S50 M350 Cnv Cpe 8
1935 LaSalle S35 50 Conv Cpe 5

Both are beauties but I prefer the less conspicuous grille on the '35. Great pics of course!

@david-vandermeer Several of you probably know this - or couldn't care less - but:

For many years, viewers couldn't understand what Edith was actually singing; many incorrectly heard "sour grapes,"  or "Geearo..."  and the letters poured in.

So, when CBS produced that 5-year, hour long, "Best of Show"  hosted by Henry Fonda and Carroll O'Conner & Jean Stapleton sang the open titles live, Jean made sure she looked directly into the camera as she enunciated "Gee, our old La Salle ran great....."

Again, the letters poured in, thanking her.

- As always, I'm loaded with useless trivia!  😏 😏 😏
