I agree guys the forum is good therapy. I don't know about you but this is the only place I can go to find like minded folks who share our passion for little cars.
Interesting! I was surprised at the last two, but on reflection, they are both characteristics of females. Is that still a a surprise?
I've always said that God's greatest gift to all of us is FRIENDS. Yes family is important, but in most instances family is a constant. It's friends though that shape us. They share our views, and are polite when they don't. They never judge us. A good friend will give unconditional love and support that sometimes you can't or don't even get from family. A good friend is not jealous or envious. They will laugh with your or cry with you at any hour of the day or night. They are there for us when we need them, not just when they want to be. Friends are sympathetic to our feelings.

David,
Do you know why husbands die before their wives? It's because they want to!

Ha, and how many times were we told to stay inside and not to have contact with other people the last couple of years ?
Right, I've said it, the word is out.....
I should live to 100 with ease, as I interact with 10-20 businesses everyday. Most which are now my friends as well since I have worked with them for the past 20 years.

Friendships have always been something very cherished by me. Most of my friends have been so, dating back to high school and younger. I make it a point to get together often with friends for breakfast, lunch, and gatherings all the time. It is my feeling that time spent with a friend, is time making a memory. And memory's are the photo albums that always bring a smile to my face.

Wow you guys have just brought back a flood of memories right now with all the talk about friendships.
I used to have some great friends from the third through the 8th grade when I went to St James the less Catholic School in Depew New York. I went to school with Gary Cummings he was my age and his brother Billy was a year older we used to have so much fun together we hung out together we played with our racetracks and our our model trains down in my basement we used to have a great time together I would even go out with them when they deliver the Buffalo courier Express newspaper in the afternoon just to walk around together with them we used to play sandlot ball and just go hiking in the woods that were at the end of our street we had such a great time we were all in the boy scouts together I ended up leaving Buffalo in 1967 and I miss them so much.
In 1972 after I got out of high school here in California I went back to visit and I got in touch with Gary and I was surprised that he was getting married at such an early young age he had a beautiful fiance that he was getting married to and so we had a great night we went out bowling I know that is such a joke I guess young kids I don't know if they go bowling but we met at a bowling alley and had a great time reminiscing about all of our days in school good Lord I miss that I wish we'd have kept more in touch.
