This is why I stopped flying Control Line. Still have about 200 engines.

This might be the funniest thing I see today.

I have absolutely no idea what's going on. All I know is that there are some little planes. Guys wearing protective gear start them and stop them for no apparent reason. Then other guys dance in a circle until a plane stops. Then it gets started again and the dance resumes. In the end, there is a woman in a chair and everyone is happy!

It’s called Team Racing; very popular in Europe.

Fascinating. Can you explain some of what we saw?

It took a few seconds for me to realize the guys in the middle had control lines in their hands. That helped. What as all the starting and restarting about? How do they know who wins? For me, this is like watching a rugby match, lots of guys running around, there's a ball, and every now and then people cheer.

I got a gas model for christmas one year. I made the mistake of turning in a circle rather than walking in a circle. Before long my plane was going up and down and I was wobbling until I got so dizzy I fell down and my plane crashed.

Neve tried it again.
