Sounds like my wife, but she would ask;"whats your name where did I put my thingee? In my pants pocket you say? Where is my thing with my thingee?"
No joke she has ALZHEIMER'S and never answers a question, no such thing as "yes or no" answer.

Thats a very tough time. All the best. My mother-in law had it and a good friend's wife in her early 60s has declined quickly with it.
Support is so important to give a break.

@david-green, absolutely! I've seen so many families get crushed under the weight of dealing with this insidious disease 24/7. Any offer to sit with the person struggling becomes a refreshing oasis in the middle of a desert and provides a desperately needed break.
