Of course it did occur to me that maybe it's a video played in reverse. But we'll give them the benefit of the doubt.

Reverse video technique is as old as the motion film. Moreover it can simply be  AI generated. Look how different is the shadow of the truck and the shadow of the trailer. The reverse lights properly illuminate on the original video and the bending of the tea bag string is natural on the original video but not so much on the reverse video. However no dripping from the bag at all ... AI needs to do better job.
