This 1974 Plymouth Duster 360 is sitting in a small parking lot off of an alley. Last registered in 2022, I've seen this car in two different parking spots in the lot over the years, so I assume it runs. It's hard not to notice this car when driving by, the color grabs your attention. It has some rust, primarily around the left taillight and backlite. The large ugly bumper guards that Chrysler installed to meet the 5-mile-an-hour bumper standards have been removed, greatly improving its looks. The owner must run a business in the area, otherwise I would think the city would have it towed. This would be one sweet ride!
What a nice affordable ride when new 👍 Thnx Pete for reminding us.
Steve
Could be a nice little ride for someone on a tight budget. With a little spit and polish it could look presentable...how well it runs, well that is the question.
Pete, keep these coming.

It was a pretty cool car then and could be again with some effort. It looks like the owner cares for the car judging on its parking space. Only adjoining one other space, not two, and over on the right line further away from a possible opening passenger door, or neither door, if the car next to it was driven by the driver only.
It'd look great with a nice detailing. Thanks Pete, I'm diggin these.💯
@perrone1 I agree Tony. I immediately thought the same that the owner took precautions on how he parked. Thanks again Pete for this fun look around the neighborhood.
Tony and Bob, I think you are right. Here’s a Google earth shot of the area and you can see where the car is parked.
I’m surprised that others park like I do… I thought that I was the only one ! Dang, learned something new today.

I wouldn't mind having that car. In the early 80's, I tried to buy a used Duster. The bank wouldn't loan the amount the dealer ship wanted.
Steve I'm the same way. I park wide or park out in BFE. Nothing pisses me off like door dings. And it's usually somebody driving a POS that'll ding ya.💯😡
I hear ya Geno. The extra distance is good excercise AND I always try to bring a wayward shopping cart in. Why go empty-handed.
Steve
lol, what is BFE ?
@100ford2003 Steve, it stand for Bum f*#k Egypt. Maybe it's just something heard around here, lol. Means very far away. I too take a cart with me. I figure Im gonna need one once I get in the store, so why not.😁
