I have to admit that I always get a few butterflies fluttering when go in to one of the Barnes & Noble bookstores here in Minnesota and see My book on the "Local Favorites" table.  At this particular store, they've only got one copy remaining.

Barnes & Noble this week (April 2015) (2019 06 12 11 04 11 UTC)
#1 A 2 (2015 08 02 16 34 41 UTC)

And yea, I know cheap plug.  But hey, I can be proud.  Smile

George.  Did not know that you were a writer?  I guess that is why you write some great coffee talks.

Thank you, you're very kind.  I've been writing most of my adult life.  I have four wrestling books published and I've written and contributed to over a hundred others over the decades, dozens of magazine stories as well.

As mentioned it is available from Barnes & Noble and other booksellers.  But the BEST deal is to order it from AMAZON.COM  You'll get the best price.  THANKS in advance and hope you enjoy the memories of when it was "REA"(?).  I've always said that old wrestling is a lot like Santa Claus...it's more fun when you believe.  Smile

Pretty cool George. Congrats on all those books...that's something to really be proud of. Were you in MN when Jessie "The Body" was the Governor?

Sure was.  I've lived in Minnesota my whole life.  Things were interesting when Jesse was Governor.  He did some good things and he did some goofy things.  His biggest problem in my opinion, was that he had his big mouth going everyday in our local newspapers and news shows.  More often than not, he sounded like was delivering one of his wrestling interviews.  I know him personally, he's a nice guy.  Very opinionated (no surprise).  Smile    Photo below is with Gene Okerlund and partner Adrian Adonis.
