Now THAT'S a treasured video piece Bob; I'm glad you had this opportunity!
What a nice tribute & presentation, but of course basic math quickly reveals that we barely scratched the surface, right? I mean 6,000 (plus ) divided by 30 (minutes ) equals "not much!" 😀 😏 😀
Perhaps I missed it, but where's the gift shop? 😉
How wonderful to have Bob show us and talk about his massive collection. His stories and the fine display cabinets make watching this video a unique experience. Thank you Bob, and Tony, for posting this. The Pearce Arrow story stood out as did the story of the Ukrainian Cadillac model. Nice to see Bob’s wife’s fine work.
Great presentation Bob. Love your collection and Barkley too.

@david-green Thank you David. I was hoping Lori's miniatures would have been covered more but I guess they were trying to keep the theme automotive.
@sizedoesmatter Thanks John. I'm not sure that Barkley and the cat, Domino, appreciate the model cars but, like my wife, they tolerate them.
Quite a collection Bob. I thought I had a lot at over 1000 1/24 cars.
@terryslekar Thanks Terry. I'm only sorry that over half was not covered but I guess time restraints limited what was shown.
@carsman1958 John, Over half of the 1/24 cars are in the family room and laundry room while the 1/18 scale are displayed in the garage non of which were shown.
That is a great model collection. I also enjoyed seeing your wife’s dioramas. Your 1/12 scale cars would look good with them. My collection is a little smaller with about 200 total, about 60 of which are 1/43 scale model cars and 80 are 1/64 scale cars and trucks.

Once again Mr. Jackman, you've literally knocked my socks off. Your collection is beyond words incredible! I know it's taken as a compliment when I tell you that your addiction is out of control. God bless you!
Seeing your collection, I'm again reminded of a Forum poster some years back who said, "I've got a rather large collection of 12 model cars". And LOL, he truly did in his mind have a large collection. Quickly though, another poster responded, "Twelve isn't a large collection of anything, unless it's kids".
But the moral of the story is, you really do have a LARGE collection!
I remember some of us during that discussion describing what constitutes a large collection. Obviously, it lies in comparisons, meaning that I guy who has 12 models, has a large collection if it is next to a guy who has 5 models. And I recall chiming in with, "Well I have 360+ models, so compared to the guy with 12, I have a LARGE collection.
Fact is though, if my collection is discussed with yours Mr. Jackman...I have a very SMALL collection. I thank you so much for sharing the video of your collection and I hope you know that I'm in awe. Again I say, God bless you!!!

Thank you for the kind words George. A friend once told me that he believed I just got started and didn't know how to stop.
@ed-davis Your collection is unique in that it incorporates your railroad and airport. When we lived in St. Louis we had a basement but living in the south that's no longer the case.
