Just back from a good local car show, 200 cars. Was placed next to a new rear engine Targa top Corvette. Interesting, most cars are in the 50's-90's. The Corvette guy was very interesting, and to see the only two rear engine cars by GM was a rarity. Most people could care less but prefer the " oldies". Never underestimate the taste of the public.

My car is a 1985 Pontiac Fiero GT, rear mid engine show car with 58K miles and the Corvette next to me was a new 2021 Targa top ( $110,000). It made my Fiero look like one of my 200 1/18 scale model cars. The Corvette is a world class super car now and the design and workmanship is top notch.

Hi Rand,

So sorry I didn't recognize you and your posts. I do remember your Fiero and I believe you are in the Chicago area ?

Thanks for the pic of your car.  I'm a Fiero fan.  How about some pics of your 200 1:18 scale cars?
