This could not be easier for me. 1964.
As a child I was a huge fan of the 1961, and was dismayed by its neutering over the next two years. I was beyond excited for the the new 1964 I knew was coming. When Dad and I went looking at the new 1964s (like we all did then, right?), the Imperial was not yet out. But the salesguy took 8 year old me in the back to see a green 4-door still dusty and not yet officially out. I was in heaven!
To this day, it's 1961 and 1964 (or1965) Imperial for me!
Retired in Dunedin, Florida.
I voted or the 1964, much cleaner design. Not surprising, since its designer was Elwood Engel, who moved over to Chrysler after designing the '61 Continental and Thunderbird for Ford. You can see the similarities in the high beltline moldings of the three cars. I prefer the front end of the 1965 model with the glass-covered headlights over the '64.
I'll go with the unique stand alone headlights on the 63.
Me too!

The '64 design looks more balanced, with a bit of contemporary Lincoln styling, and gets my vote.
I prefer the crisper styling of the 64; especially the grille and tail lights.
