Just the realization that I have woken up again is basically seizing the day for me.

I do precious little poking. Whenever I poke something, experience tells me that it will poke back - HARDER! So now, I sneak up on my days and if they don't scream, rain or pound me with snow, ice and high humidity, I participate in the day. Otherwise I stay at home with phone's off the hook and hide in the closet under a blanket.
