We returned Wednesday from a 5600 mile trip. I thought you'd enjoy this beauty from New Glarus, just outside of Madison, Wisconsin.

Pontiac, IL; New Glarus, WI; Jamestown, ND; Teddy Roosevelt National Park; Rocky Mountain National Park; Vicksburg and Laurel, Mississippi. It was marvelous.

I so envy you guys. Here in Melbourne Australia, we're in a covid lockdown. Have been for 5 weeks with no clear end in sight. Only allowed to travel to a 5 kilometre radius from our homes. Its terrible!

Ed-Glorius, sounds like you had a wonderful trip. If we had known you were in the area we would have been thrilled to have you visit. We live in Brandon, Mississippi just outside of Jackson. Brandon is 50 miles east of Vicksburg and 90 miles north of Laurel.

Thanks for the invite! We love Natchez and hope to get back there. If we do, you've been warned 😉

Sorry to hear this, but perhaps it's been a more prudent approach given our numbers

Geoff, I pray that this virus is under control soon and the world can be returned to normal. Under your circumstances I hope things change for the better in the near future.

@bob-jackman thank you Bob and Ed. I very much appreciate your kind words. Walking down the main street of our little shopping strip it is heartbreaking to see all the little businesses closed, hairdressers, florists, furniture, hardware stores. Only the chemists, supermarkets and medical centres are open here. Some cafes are open for takeaway only. Its awful.
