George's "Safari or Nomad" post triggered this. Several commentators pointed out that they prefer the '55 Pontiac to the '56.
I strongly agree, and consider that a good example of "change for the sake of change" which made something worse.
To me the most egregious example of that is the '58 vs. the '57 Chrysler. Why oh why did they ruin those taillights?
Anyone else have more examples like this?
