Corvette Museum
Betty and I have made final plans for a trip to Lexington KY and on to Wash DC, Ocean City MD, Myrtle Beach and many points along the way. One stop for sure will be Bowling Green. This time, we will stop, have lunch and enjoy the museum.
Hope to get good shots in the museum.

As David notes, the sinkhole has been repaired. That said, there is a neat interactive experience (designed by the folks at Disney) that you can walk through prior to heading out into the rotunda. Once there, there is an outline on the floor that shows the area where the collapse happened back on February 12, 2014. Also on display in the rotunda are the cars that could not be salvaged along with those that were repaired.
That collapse was a financial boon for the museum, boosting attendance levels the last 3 years and making the NCM one of Kentucky's most visited site.

You still may be able to purchase a jar of sinkhole dirt. They had been selling for $10.
