This brings back memories; we had a '54 GMC on the farm when I was a 15 year old kid. Different grille but basically the same truck. My old man got a call from the police that someone in his truck was out and about "laying rubber"......hmmmm......I couldn't believe my emphatic denial didn't work out for me. Not a happy ending. Lol.
