That is a fantastic shot George. I know the DM '55 Ford Crown Vic doesn't get much fanfare, but I'm still amazed by mine.💯😊
So many colorful cars!
Yea, that was my first thought when I saw the pic. Unlike todays cars (um, excuse me, I mean SUV's) that are your basic black, gray, and other muted one-tone colors.

Thanks George. Love all the colors.

Awesome, of course, but unfortunately today so many "color" photographs are, well..... not! I've been fooled by many - a photo may look genuine until you discover/realize it's been digitally colorized and/or optically enhanced.
This one looks authentic, but it may not be.
For instance, why is that rim painted tan on the yellow car (first one )? Why does that Ford - way in the back, between the vertical support beams - appear to be painted pink & green?
Also, where's the right turn signal lens on that yellow car, and what's that front seat made of? Cardboard?
@georgeschire Thanks for the great photo George. The color break on the ‘55, ‘56 is my favorite of the Fords. I hope it’s OK to interject my ‘56 DM Vicky, one of the standouts on my shelf.
I have been colourizing many of my family early black and white images recently using AI. Generally they look a little too vivid when compared to actual colour images. Also, AI often gets the colour wrong, especially on minor details. Not fake exactly, but an interpretation. George’s eye catching shot is likely AI but that does make for a great in your face image.
@chris I was studying the ‘58 Chevy assembly line photo and am thinking that the green lighting is making the roof look like that it is green. Notice the cars to the rear, they also look to have green roofs. Just a thought.
@jack-dodds Not a bad combination in the bunch Jack. Funny thing I bought my 56 Victoria when it was four years old and would you believe it was all over white with a red interior. I wonder why someone wouldn't spend the money for the two tone paint when they spent the money for factory A/C, the safety package and the Town and Country radio. Oh well, we are all different.
