@diecast1-24cars thanks Greg, thats exactly how it appears with me too. With all that multiple handling its no wonder models arrived damaged. Watch your delivery from Ascendia. They tend to just drop the parcel behind the gate.

I just wish there genuine complaint channels. From my experience there is nothing that can be done from Australia.

If anyone in the U.S does have a legitimate online complaint avenue could u post it please.

@lloyd-mecca Sage advice, I like it. Thank you.    But you must know that in the 3 years, 8 months, and 2 weeks it took to bring my case to court, in front of a Judge, I hounded that weasel 24/7.   And I mean 24/7 - no exaggeration!

With two lawyers in the family (they're both gone now ) I did all I could within (and outside ) the law.   He, and his family, experienced the full weight of my wrath which included "things"  I dare not mention here.

I’ve been buying and selling on eBay for years and with over 2000 transactions have never had bad comments or feedback. The trick is to describe your item accurately and extensively and provide a lot of good, clear photos. If there are any defects or missing pieces, point them out, and take close-up pics of any faults. I use the same rules for buying, if a person has blurry photos, there’s probably is a nefarious reason. I do take the sellers feedback into account, but the sellers description of the item is more important to me because if a problem happens to come up and you need to return an item, eBay will side with you for any discrepancies with it. I’ve had a few models that I had to return for unstated defects but all in all I’ve had very good luck with the models I have received because I tend to buy models described as being new in the box. Here’s a perfect example, actually my latest find, a 21 year old model which is totally pristine with the original box and paperwork.

@lloyd-mecca   Excellent advice.  In an age where the boundaries are becoming blurry, the one thing you can count on is truth.  When I was quite young, a mentor said to me, "Truth is," and didn't continue with any further explanation.  When I asked her what she meant, she told me that 'truth is' is all that is necessary to know.  Truth cannot be changed, it cannot be altered or adjusted for changing trends, or to fit a personal desire.  It exists on its own, hence, 'Truth is.'

@lloyd-mecca   I knew eBay was not an institution devoted to a high ethical standard, but this is a big surprise to me.  It does explain the issue I encountered and, to me, it is simply dishonest.
